📞 586-496-4883Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Trailers, Delivered
Every Cool Cubes trailer runs as either a cooler or a freezer — you tell us what is going inside and we set the temperature before it leaves the yard. Both sizes have ground-level entry, so carts and hand trucks roll straight in without a ramp or forklift. Units are cleaned, shelved to your spec on request, and temperature-verified before delivery.
Compare Both Sizes
Both sizes side by side. If you are between the two, go up — running out of cold space mid-event costs more than the difference.

Which Size Do You Need?
Not sure? Describe what is going inside and roughly how much of it on the phone and we will size it for you in about a minute. Or start here.
My walk-in just failed
Match the trailer to your walk-in, not your whole kitchen. Most single-location restaurants are fine with the Small or Medium. If you lost both a cooler and a freezer, we can bring two units set to different temperatures.
I'm replacing a cooler
Take the Medium on a 30-day term. Cooler replacements routinely run three to six weeks once permits and parts are factored in, and the monthly rate is our lowest per day. Extending later is easy if the unit is still open.
I'm catering an event
Under 100 guests, Small is usually enough. Above that, take the Medium. For large events, or if you need frozen and chilled held separately, we can deliver two units set to different temperatures.
I'm a market or festival vendor
Medium is the workhorse — enough room to restock through a busy Saturday without a second trip. Tell us your load-in window and we will schedule around it.
Power & Placement Requirements
Worth reading before you book — it is the difference between a smooth delivery and a driver who cannot get the unit where you need it.
Power
- Plugs into a standard 110V outlet — no generator required
- 25' power cord included with every unit
- No engine, so no exhaust and no noise — works on residential streets, in downtown alleys and at evening events
- If your building has power but your walk-in does not, the trailer runs off a working circuit
- Unsure about the outlet at your site? Describe it on the phone and we will confirm before we roll
Placement
- Reasonably level ground — asphalt, concrete or compacted gravel
- Clear path for the truck to back in and pull out
- Allow for the tongue length beyond the trailer body when measuring your spot
- Send a photo of the location and the approach and our driver will confirm clearance before your delivery date
- Tight alley, campus lot, event field or gated site — say so when you book and we will plan for it

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes do you have and what do they cost?
Two sizes. Small is 10' × 6' × 6' from $599 for three days and Medium is 12' × 6' × 6' from $729. Seven-day and thirty-day terms lower the per-day cost. Your final number depends on size, length of rental and the drive to your address.
How cold do the trailers get?
Every unit holds anywhere from 0°F to 50°F and is set before it leaves our yard. Cooler settings suit produce, dairy, beverages, flowers and prepared plates. Freezer settings suit meat, seafood, ice cream and frozen inventory. If you need chilled and frozen at the same time, we can deliver two units.
Do I need a generator?
No. Our trailers plug into a standard 110V outlet and come with a 25' cord. There is no engine, so no exhaust and no noise — which is why they work at residential addresses, in downtown service alleys and at evening events. If you are unsure about the outlet at your site, describe it on the phone and we will confirm compatibility before delivery.
Do you deliver and set up, or do I tow it?
We deliver. Our driver positions the unit, plugs it in, and confirms it is holding temperature before leaving. Pickup is scheduled the same way at the end of your term. You do not need a truck, a hitch, or anyone on staff who knows how to back a trailer.
How fast can you deliver?
If you call before mid-afternoon and a unit is open, same-day is often possible. Standard bookings are typically next business day. Availability tightens during festival weekends, graduation season and holidays, so book early when the date is known.
What is the minimum rental period?
Three days. Most emergency and event rentals land in that range anyway. If your project runs long, tell us before your scheduled pickup and we will extend it if the unit is not already promised to someone else, billed at your existing rate tier.
Can I load pallets in?
Both sizes have ground-level entry with non-slip flooring, so carts and hand trucks roll straight in with no ramp or forklift. For pallet jack access or specific pallet counts, call us with your load and we will confirm which size works before you book.
What if my rental needs to change?
Call us. Extensions are common on construction jobs and remodels and we accommodate them whenever the unit is open. If you need a different size after seeing the space, we would rather swap it than have you stuck with the wrong trailer.
