By using our website or renting any equipment, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Rental Agreement (“Agreement”).

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
• Businesses and organizations renting on behalf of others must ensure the signer has proper authority.

Usage: Equipment must be used only for lawful purposes and operated on level, secure ground.

Prohibited Use: Do not transport hazardous materials, chemicals, or livestock.

Electrical Requirements: Units require a 115–120V outlet or an appropriate generator. The renter is responsible for providing adequate power and fuel.

Cleanliness: Equipment must be returned in clean condition. Cleaning fees may apply if returned dirty or damaged.

Temperature Monitoring: Renter is responsible for verifying that proper storage temperatures are maintained during use.

Delivery and pickup are available across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance and scheduling. The renter must be present at both delivery and pickup to inspect and sign off on the equipment’s condition.

Full payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cool Cubes may require a refundable security deposit to cover potential damages. Payment confirms your reservation; cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date may forfeit the deposit.

The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Any physical or electrical damage, loss, or theft during the rental period will be charged to the renter. Cool Cubes is not liable for spoilage, product loss, or business interruption resulting from misuse, power failure, or weather conditions.

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Noor Equipment Rentals LLC (dba Cool Cubes), its employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the equipment or services.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued for early returns or non-use once equipment is delivered. In the event Cool Cubes cancels due to equipment failure or weather, a full refund or reschedule will be provided.

The content, logos, and images on rentcoolcubes.com are property of Noor Equipment Rentals LLC. Users may not copy or reuse content without permission. Submission of any personal information through the site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cool Cubes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, spoilage, or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the equipment or website.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in Michigan courts.

All Cool Cubes refrigerated and freezer trailers are cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental using food-safe, non-toxic cleaning agents. Interior surfaces are wiped down, disinfected, and dried to meet general food-grade standards suitable for storing perishable foods and beverages.

The renter agrees to keep the equipment in sanitary condition during use and to prevent contamination of stored goods. Trailers must be returned clean and free of spills, residue, or debris. Additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required. Cool Cubes maintains cleaning and inspection logs for internal quality control and reserves the right to refuse future rentals to parties who repeatedly return unsanitary equipment.
